PACER system
All of these documents were found through the The PACER Case Locator system at https://pcl.uscourts.gov.
PACER levies an access fee of $0.10 per page, so we’ve only retrieved a fraction of the documents. Where noted, the cases below have corresponding archives on us.archive.org which make more, but not all, documents freely available. The PACER system waives $15 of access per quarter thus allowing a limited amount of free access.
Using the PACER service requires registration, entry of credit card, and agreement to terms of service.
Raggio vs Mt Gox et al.
This is the case originally brought by Drs. Raggio in Mississippi Hinds County circuit court against Mt. Gox, Jed McCaleb, and his company The Code Collective LLC. McCaleb is attempting to remove it to Federal district court as of January 2019.
